Tour Desk International Nepal Pvt. Ltd. (“TDI Nepal,” “we,” “us”) is a licensed destination management company registered in Nepal, operating since 1996. We are licensed by the Ministry of Culture, Tourism and Civil Aviation (MoCTCA), registered with the Nepal Tourism Board (NTB), and a member of the Nepal Association of Tour & Travel Agents (NATTA).

5. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that all travelers obtain comprehensive travel insurance covering trip cancellation, medical emergencies, evacuation (including helicopter rescue for trekking), lost luggage, and personal liability. TDI Nepal is not responsible for costs arising from incidents that would have been covered by adequate travel insurance.

6. Travel Documents and Permits

Travelers are responsible for obtaining valid passports, visas, and any required vaccinations. While we assist with trekking permits and national park entry fees as part of our packages (where specified), it is your responsibility to ensure you meet all entry requirements for Nepal.

7. Limitation of Liability

TDI Nepal acts as an intermediary between you and various service providers (hotels, airlines, transport operators, guides). While we carefully select our partners, we are not liable for:

• Acts of nature, political unrest, strikes, or other force majeure events
• Flight cancellations or delays by airlines
• Injury, illness, or loss of property during your trip
• Changes to itineraries necessitated by weather, road conditions, or safety concerns

Our liability in any case shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific service in question.
